Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality has established a Call Center in order to give faster responses to the demands of citizens and so far it served 679 thousand people on the telephone.

Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality has established a Call Center in order to give faster responses to the demands of citizens and so far it served 679 thousand people on the telephone. Citizens call 153 on the phone and they notify their requests and complaints. Call Center provides services within the scope of Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality Public Relations unit and all the requests and complaints are instantly processed. In addition with the call center where all problems can be transmitted, “Let’s Send to School” project was also implemented. Within this scope, a call center support line was established on “444 27 00”. The denunciations of young girls who are forced to marry are evaluated through this line.
